Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Texas Tallow Products. We take pride in carefully packing and shipping every order from our small-batch operation in Texas.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@texastallowproducts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
