Every jar of whipped tallow balm starts with beef tallow rendered right here on our family ranch. We began making it because so much of what’s on the shelf was full of fillers and ingredients we couldn’t pronounce. So we went back to basics: grass-fed tallow, shea butter, and a touch of essential oil, whipped by hand into a balm that actually feeds your skin.

No. Our tallow is fully rendered and deodorized before we whip it. The Natural Unscented jar has only a faint, clean richness, and each scented jar carries just its essential oils, like lavender, vanilla, or peppermint, never a beefy smell.
It’s whipped light so it melts into skin rather than sitting on top. Use a pea-sized amount, warm it between your fingers, and it absorbs cleanly. Because it’s concentrated, using too much is the only way to feel greasy, so start small.
